"Drive sales of Weetabix by raising awareness of the on-pack promotion on key SKUs to Iceland Shoppers"

… this was the primary objective of the Weetabix Account Team.    The Iceland Supplier Optimisation created a bespoke campaign of 3 different media touchpoints to do just that at the Cereals fixture in selected Iceland stores.    

Leveraging the bank of proprietary insight data about which touchpoints to execute to deliver the desired objective, the Team recommended at fixture media including Aisle fins and Shelf barkers.   The good news is that the modelling of expected results, matched those that were delivered in the campaign.

… the stores that executed the media to support the on-pack promotion delivered +9% incremental sales on the total Weetabix brand vs a representative control group of stores which just had the on-pack promotion.   

The Weetabix Brand Team were also delighted as the on-pack drove more engagement, awareness and eyeballs for their national initiative with an engaged group of target shoppers.
